Maria & Jeannie flew out to San Diego in March to check out the area because there have been so many changes since the last time we were there! The area that we liked most was the Harbor/Seaport Village area. It's located on the water with a beauitiful view of Coronado Island & across the road from the popular Gas lamp Quarter where the most popular bars & restaurants are located! Everything is within walking distance of the beautiful SanDiego Marriott Hotel & Marina!! There is a major convention in town this weekend so the hotels are very limited for this time frame. We decided to try something different and travel on Friday from Philadelphia and we will be coming home on Tuesday. This will give you all day Monday to check out some of the attractions like San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Seaport Village, or even take an Old Town Trolley Tour!  Don't forget, we will also have Monday Night Football!! We have been working with the local bars in the area putting together some "Happy Hour" specials!
